When Quality meets Style

We’ve been invited to the inauguration of the renewed iconic bar/cafeteria/restaurant “Silvestrini”, located north of Rome in the neighbourhood of Settebagni, in via Salaria 1446, close to the headquarters of the Polizia Stradale; as its refurbishment lasted several months, we decided that accepting the invitation was a good idea. And actually it was.

We visited the place years ago, as it is known for its superb food quality and good service, for arranging a catering service for an event we were running.

As we were leaving the car into their secure parking, we could notice already huge changes in the place: it used to be a very nice bar from the 60s but now we found ourselves in classy and fashionable premises, with elegant and cozy corners and an all round comfy ambience, ready for hosting a refined party, a sophisticated wine tasting event, or just your perfect lunch or delicious breakfast.

The hospitality was also great, with the Silvestrini family being a gigantic part of the great atmosphere of the place, with the traditional Italian foods and sweets, and a top selection of wines and liquors, to make it the best spot to indulge in tasty pleasures.
